چکیده
Comparative studies of aspartyl-, leucyl-, peripheral blood of a patient with miolseryland tyrosyl-tRNA by a reverse tiple myeloma and produce 1gM and phase column co-chromatography have lambda-type light chain (Bence Jones been performed between a human protein), respectively. Similar chromanormal lymphoblast cell line (RFMI tographic patterns were obtained for 1788) and a human myeloma cell line leucyland seryl-tRNA. Minor differ(RPMI 8226). The cell lines were deences in aspartyl-tRNA and larger differrived from normal peripheral blood and ences in tyrosyl-tRNA were observed.

Comparative studies on specific and nonspecific binding of transfer ribonucleic acid to ribosomes.
The binding of aminoacyl transfer ribonucleic acid @RNA) to ribosomes in the presence of corresponding messenger RNA (specific binding) is compared with that in the absence of messenger RNA (nonspecific binding). Specific binding is much more sensitive to tetracycline than nonspecific binding, and the former is similar to, but not identical with, the latter in its response to changes in Mg++ co...
متن کاملCD93 is Selectively Expressed on Human Myeloma Cells but Not on B Lymphocytes
Background: CD93 has originally been known as a C1q receptor, and many studies have demonstrated that CD93 is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, B cell progenitors, myeloid and monocytic cells. Moreover, CD93 is shown to be expressed on long-lived plasma cells, and CD93 deficient-mice display an impairment in plasma cell development. Objective: To investiga...
متن کاملRNA secondary structure and qRT-PCR analyses pertained to expressed anti-CD25 CAR in NK-92 cell line
Background and Objectives: Tumor-infiltrating regulatory T (TI-Treg) cells perform the significant function in cancer immune escape. In this study, the third generation CAR construct was designed against human CD25 antigen, the significant cell surface biomarker of TI-Tregs. Methods: Initially, the construct of anti-CD25 CAR was designed. Using RNAfold web server, the RNA secondary structure wa...
متن کاملEffect of Myeloma-Derived Microparticles on in Vitro Proliferation and Viability of Alloimmune Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells
Background: Microparticles (MPs) are small vesicles released from the cell membrane. Accordingly, these contain active molecules to mediate biological processes, including cell proliferation and cell cycle progression. The fusion of myeloma cell lines with immunized B lymphocytes is a critical step of hybridoma technology. MPs modulate lymphoproliferation, thereby facilitating B cell expansion ...
متن کاملThe effect of human amniotic fluid on the survival and proliferation of human myeloma cell lines RPMI8226 and U266 in comparison with the fetal bovine serum
Background: Multiple Myeloma is a Plasma Cell Malignancy. Since the study of pathogenicity mechanisms and messenger pathways involved in the causative agent cells is important in the laboratory environment and close to the physiological environment of the body, therefore, the best environment for the study of cells in the laboratory environment, an environment most closely resembling the physio...
